SEPHORA Canada Launches First-Ever Diwali Campaign

As SEPHORA Canada continues to champion diversity and inclusion, they have announced the first-ever Diwali campaign from the retailer, launching in advance of the Diwali festival of lights in November.
The campaign is the latest iteration of SEPHORA Canada’s We Belong To Something Beautiful 2019 brand campaign. Through Belong, SEPHORA Canada strives to create a space where diversity is celebrated, self-expression is honoured and all Canadians feel a sense of belonging. The Canadian expression of Belong is specifically rooted in championing local Canadian collaborators’ authentic stories.
SEPHORA Canada’s Diwali campaign will feature local Canadian collaborators Ankita Bhardwaj and Thanuska Subramaniam. Leading up to Diwali, both will have videos featured on Sephora Canada’s Instagram, speaking to what Diwali means to them and how they will be celebrating this year, in spite of challenges facing all holiday gatherings in 2020. Ankita and Thanuska will also be featured in campaign visuals with tips on how to “Get The Look” with some of their favourite products sold at SEPHORA. A third “Get The Look” visual will feature Neru Yasokumar, a SEPHORA Canada Beauty Advisor from SEPHORA’s Bramalea location, who also celebrates Diwali.
